Itinerary:

Antananarivo – Ampefy – Lily Waterfall – Geysers – Lemurs Park – Antananarivo

Day 01:

Antananarivo – Blue Hill of Ambohimanga – Ampefy (157 km)

Meet at your hotel in Antananarivo and explore the lively city before heading to the Blue Hill of Ambohimanga, the former royal palace of the Merina kings. After lunch, drive to Ampefy, enjoying the scenic highlands and observing the daily life of the local Merina people.

Day 02:

Ampefy – Lily Waterfall – Ilot De La Vierge Marie – Geysers – Ampefy

After breakfast, visit the spectacular Lily Waterfall set in lush volcanic landscapes. Observe local fishermen at the lake and the traditional life of Malagasy villagers. After lunch, explore Ilot De La Vierge Marie and continue to the Geysers of Ampefy, where bubbling mineral waters create a unique spectacle against the backdrop of rolling highland hills.

Day 03:

Ampefy – Lemurs Park – Upper Town of Antananarivo – Antananarivo

Drive back toward Antananarivo, stopping at Lemurs Park, a private 4-hectare reserve home to six species of lemurs, other native animals, and medicinal plants. In the afternoon, explore the Upper Town of Antananarivo, including the Queen’s Palace for panoramic city views. Return to your hotel in Antananarivo.

End of tour. Overnight at Le Chalet des Roses Hotel.
